Going to Austin...
Today i leave for Austin Texas. I am at my last Annex service for the next two months right now. I will miss it so much but I know this summer is going to be amazing. I will learn so much, be so challenged, and come to a deeper understanding of who God is. Not to mention, i'll be able to spend tons of quality time with my family during this hard time. We found out the my mom has breast cancer a few weeks ago. That is when all my summer plans changed. It is hard to leave all my friends and famiy and the work of the ministry here at HPC, but i will be back in August! Please continue to pray for my mom's quick recovery and hopeful spirits as she begins this battle with cancer. I cannot thank you all enough for your prayers and support! I'll keep you all posted...

Hi Kat! I was just thinking about what we were both doing a year ago and I just can't believe Peru is so far away. I miss it so very much...and I miss you too! It's so exciting to hear about all of the exciting things that God is doing in your life! I only wish I could be there to see more of it!
I just moved to Tallahassee this week and I start medical school orientation on Tuesday! It's crazy. I'll try to remember to be praying for your mom and your family...so sorry to hear about that. I love you dearly! I hope you are doing well, it sounds like you are! Much love & Prayer! ~Nicole
